Zoom

Zoom is available to Endicott faculty and staff automatically. Grad students who need to use Zoom for their research and other academic needs can have their supervisor request through FreshService on the students’ behalf.

New to Zoom? Access training is available at the Zoom Help Center or reach out to Academic Technology for a one-on-one or small group training.

Online recordings through Zoom are automatically uploaded to both Zoom (stored for 120 days) and YuJa (stored indefinitely). Recordings made in Zoom that are saved on your desktop must be manually uploaded to YuJa.
