Independent Self-Paced
Canvas Essentials Badge
Objective: This self-guided course is intended to introduce Endicott instructors to fundamental features of the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS).
Expected Length: 2 hours
Audience: Both online and in-person instructors
Level: Beginners (but welcome to everyone)
Requirement: Receive 100% scores on four 2-question knowledge check quizzes and view the content in each module.
Accessibility Badge: The Basics
Objective: Participants will develop a foundational understanding of accessibility and its impact at Endicott. This badge covers core accessibility laws, the principles of Universal Design, and common barriers faced by individuals with disabilities in educational and digital environments. Faculty and staff will learn the importance of supporting all students by considering the lens of accessibility.
Expected Length: 3.5 hours
Audience: Endicott Faculty and Staff
Level: Beginners (but welcome to everyone)
Requirement: Complete 4 asynchronous modules and attend either an in-person or asynchronous workshop
